Our Mission

Our Story

The seed for Home for the Holidays was planted over 23 years ago when founder Isaac Cano and his family were homeless. A small church in Pueblo, CO opened their doors to the homeless families in the community to enjoy a free Christmas event with no costs. Isaac was deeply touched by their kindness, and as a young boy decided one day he, with the help of others, would return the blessing to the community when he got the chance.

Our Mission

Today, Home for the Holidays has a two-fold purpose: Provide a free holiday experience for anyone in Colorado Springs, and also raise awareness for families in financial crisis. We invite several local non profits to set up tables at our event in order to:
